Miss Globe International is a registered trademark with the USPTO as its main registry, and also registered with the European Union OHIM and the Turkish Republic TPE. By visiting the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use (“Terms of Use”), Miss Globe International Organization’s Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) and Miss Globe International Organization’s Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”), including without limitation or qualification.

Where local law permits, Miss Globe International Organization reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or revise the Terms of Use at any time. By visiting and using the Website, you agree to be bound by any subsequent changes or revisions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that Miss Globe International Organization or its licensors’ exercise of the Derivative Rights will not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights or other rights. All submissions other than those expressly requested through the permitted use of the Website may be deleted or destroyed without being read at the discretion of Miss Globe International Organization. Subject to applicable law provisions, these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Miss Globe International Organization expressly consent to and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of California, United States of America, for the adjudication or completion of any claim, action or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect. In order to protect the rights of intellectual property owners, Miss Globe International Organization maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users of the Website who are repeat infringers.

13. Trademarks

‘Miss Globe International’ is the exclusive owner of all rights in and to the ‘Miss Globe Beauty Pageant Organization’ trademarks and the Gold Medallion Logo. Any unauthorized use of any Miss Globe trademark, service mark or logo is prohibited and may be a violation of federal and state trademark laws.

14. Viruses

We do not guarantee that the Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access and use the Website. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, the server on which the Website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website.
